Ordering
By purchasing goods from Dutch Mini Gardens you enter a legally binding agreement with Dutch Mini Gardens on the terms as stated within our Terms and Conditions. Orders are accepted through e-mail to , post to P.O. Box 1356, 8001 BJ Zwolle, The Netherlands or fax +31 (0) 847 57 32 83.
Order Confirmation
Your order will be accepted and confirmed by Dutch Mini Gardens through a pro forma invoice which will state order details, amount of payment and estimated delivery time.
Payment
Production will be effected when payment is received for the full invoice amount.

Lead Time
Every order is made-to-order and has its typical production time as indicated in the pro forma invoice.
Order Cancellation
For standard product: 70% refund of the total invoice amount until the start of assembling process as indicated; no refund hereafter.
For customized product: 40% refund of the total invoice amount until the moment of assembling process as indicated; no refund hereafter.
Delivery
Delivery will be effectuated when the shipper has delivered the goods at the agreed address and upon receipt of a signature on the shipping documents.
Transport Insurance
During transport the goods are insured by Dutch Mini Gardens.
Product Guarantee
Dutch Mini Gardens will strive constantly for the highest standards in the manufacturing of all products. All components including seeds and bulbs will be of the highest quality.
